We apologies, items that are out of stock means it’s either sold out completely or we can’t produce it anymore. • Custom orders are ONLY available for product sizes
• We do not do custom designs – kindly choose from our available patterns and designs

Yes, we can ship to another address, but if you want to ship to 2 (two) or 3 (three) addresses, you have to make 2 (two) or 3 (three) separate orders.

After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment within 72 hours, we will process and ship your order in 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days. Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company or handing it to our dedicated courier (depends on what you order).After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 3-4 days for domestic (within Indonesia wide) and 5-10 days for international deliveries.In short, from confirmation time the order will arrive earliest in 4- 5 days, but it’s not possible that you might receive it earlier than the time frame given.

For example, if you wish to order as a gift for someone else, make sure you fill in the “shipping address” as where you want your orders to be sent to. Put the name of the recipient, a special memo (if you wish to add a personalized card) and the requested date of delivery in the description box. However, we cannot control the accuracy of delivery date, we will only try for your orders to arrive before the requested date.

Yes you can! If you are a registered customer, you can always check the status of your order in My Account. You can also email us your order ID number and tell us that you would like to know your shipping status so we can check it to the shipping company for you. Note that if you place an order during public holidays, there may be some delivery delays.

We currently don’t have a physical store, but we often participate in big events where we open a pop up store or booth where customers are invited to come and shop in person.

No you can’t, sale items are non-changable and non-refundable. All sale items are final.
Our pillows are made from local cotton fabric and combination of local cotton and linen canvas for our limited editions. Our ikat cover pillows are made of real hand woven fabric with a combination of local cotton at the back. Our pillow inserts are made of hypoallergenic silicon cotton that are safe for every home with children and anyone with allergy or any breathing problem. All of our cushion covers come with a zipper sewn in the bottom for your insert. The covers and the inserts can be taken off and washed separately. We manufacture (cut and sew) locally at our own home in Indonesia.
Our typical shipping time of in-stock items is 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days unless otherwise noted. If something is on backorder, it means we are working on another batch, and your pillow/s willl ship within 2-3 weeks
We highly suggest hand washing. We do not recommend machine-washing for both of your covers and inserts. For inserts, we suggest you hand wash and let it air dry in indirect sun every month to keep it nice and bouncy.
