Account & Orders

Our website allows you to check out with both options, you can order as a guest or you can create an account - which we highly recommend so you can track your orders, history and get the latest updates. 

Chic & Darling guarantees to keep all of the information you've given to us private and safe. We will never disclose it to anyone. All of our customers' databases are kept for our company's use only. 

You can click Forgot Password and you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Simply follow the instructions and you'll be good!

We apologize that out of stock items means they are not available. However, you can click Notify Me button on the product page and type in your email. We'll notify you as soon as the item is back in stock, as an option, you can also try to contact our customer service and we might be able to work something out for you.

While we always try our best to label and ship the right items to the right customers, human errors are inevitable and if that happens, we apologize for that. You can contact our customer service and we'll be very happy to assist you in exchanging your correct order.

Unfortunately, once you have checked out, your orders can't be changed. If you want to change your item, you can place another order or you can always contact our customer service.

Your shipping address can only be changed before you check out on your account page. But if you want to change your shipping address after you check out, you can contact our customer service, however, changes in shipping fee may occur manually.

Simply click Track Your Order at the very bottom of this website (footer) and follow the instructions. Or you can always track your order from My Account page.

For local transactions, we accept bank transfers and all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard).

International

For international transactions, we only accept all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), unless you own an Indonesian bank account which allows you to transfer via internet banking. Before you proceed with your payment, you have to make sure to change the currency to IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), which you can find this option prior to checking out.

You should receive a payment confirmation email right after payment has been successfully received. If you still haven't received any emails in your inbox or spam, please contact our customer service and we'll be happy to double check for you.

Not yet, but it's definitely one of our biggest dreams. However, we often hold a pop-up store in major events and exhibitions so you can shop your favorite Chic & Darling products in person, so make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about our next event. In the meantime, you can always shop at our online store 24/7.

Returns & Exchanges

All Chic & Darling products are handmade and handcrafted with love, we always aim to deliver the best we can through simple design and detailed quality control. It's very important for us that you are happy with what you purchase. 

If you think that you receive an item with defect or you simply change your mind, you may return or exchange them within 10 (ten) working days after receiving your order. We will happily assist you to either get an exchange or a refund. All returns should be made to Chic & Darling Headquarter (address will be shared once your request is approved). If you request a refund, we'll process it within 14 (fourteen) working days.

2. Send your request form to our customer service.

3. Once we’ve received your request, we’ll immediately get in touch with you to arrange with the delivery.

4. Once we’ve received the returned items, we will check if they are still in a great condition.

5. We will exchange or refund your item within 7-14 working days.

All sale items are final. Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Indonesia

Jakarta & Tangerang: IDR 10,000

All Java area starts from: IDR 11,000

All Bali area starts from: IDR 22,000

Total cost at checkout may change depending on your product types, weights and sizes. Additional taxes, import duties and fees may be charged depending on your country’s regulation and are the responsibility of the customers. Indonesia

Ready stock items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Pre-order and custom orders will be dispatched starting from 14 working days. Delivery time for special items are as follows:

Framed Art Prints: 7-10 days

Stools & Chairs: 10-14 days

Rugs: up to 45 days

We're partnering with SiCepat for all Indonesia deliveries and EMS Pos Indonesia for all international deliveries.

Since most of Chic & Darling products are handmade and handcrafted, slight imperfections in the form of inconsistent colors and/or patterns are inevitable. Different materials have different characteristics too, they are the unique features that make each product special.
